The fun part starts as soon as we start working together.
First, you will dream big. How do you imagine your wedding day? How would you like to feel on this day? What do you want your guests to remember? What is the one thing that most matters to you on this day?
Having your dreams as a starting point, we will move on to all other details:
- Creating a budget and action plan so you will know exactly what and when will happen and how we will allocate the budget
- We will have a virtual online working space with spreadsheets and folders where we will keep all of the information. You will have access to it from any electronic device, anywhere you can have WiFi, at any time.
- There is no limit to the services we can offer you with this package. Photographers, videographers, DJs, entertainment, fireworks, and everything else you may wish
After our discovery meeting, I will provide you with a list of carefully selected venues and vendors to ensure that you have the best offers and options to choose from.
- We will have a WhatsApp group just for the three of us. You can ask me anything during our office hours.
- All of your meetings with suppliers, menu tastings (if you decide to visit your venue before the wedding), and others will be arranged personally by me. Likewise, it will be my pleasure to be part of any of those meetings, if desired and possible.
- Of course, you can count on me for all RSVPs, seating plans, guest gift baskets, or anything else you may wish for or need during this process. This also includes entertainment for your guests before or after the wedding day, like mini trips to nearby attractions, wine and food tastings, traditional Bulgarian dancing lessons, and others.
- Creating the wedding style and bespoke design will be the most fun and enjoyable part of your planning experience. Creating a mood board and picking colours, elements, and sophisticated details will make the creative juices flow. You will absolutely love this moment when your love story comes alive and becomes a visual picture.
- Closer to the big day, I will prepare for you a wedding day programme where everything will be scheduled precisely. I will use this programme to manage all suppliers and the venue.
- On the wedding day, my team and I will look after every little detail and make sure that everything is running smoothly, so you can fully enjoy the best day of your life.

Your love story is as beautiful and unique as the two of you.
When you choose to have a wedding styling and personalised design experience, we will go above and beyond to create something unique and exclusive for your wedding day.
- We will start with a discovery questionnaire and explore your love story. I’d love to hear everything about you—how did you meet, where was your first holiday, what is the most romantic thing you have done together, and so on. From all those exciting, precious moments, I will pick the most significant and important one, so we can define your unique wedding style.
- Then we will pick the best colour palette, elements, little details, and accents, so we can create a bespoke wedding experience.
- The wedding styling includes not only the vision but also the perfect selection of food and drinks, entertainment, lighting, and so on. All senses (visual, taste, sound, odour, and touch) will be sophisticatedly combined to deliver a remarkably memorable and ever-to-be-forgotten experience.
Fairytale Day is a full-production company. A lot of the details are handmade and customised for each couple.
